Jujutsu Kaisen' Reveals Additional Cast Members, Third Promo

 

The official website of the television anime adaptation of Akutami Gege's Jujutsu Kaisen manga revealed additional cast members and a third promotional video previewing Eve's opening theme "KAIKAIKITAN" on Saturday. The anime series is scheduled to premiere on October 3 at 1:25 a.m. on MBS and TBS' Super Animeism programming block.

Seong-Hu Park (The God of High School) is helming the anime at MAPPA. Hiroshi Seko (Dorohedoro) is handling the series composition and script, and Tadashi Hiramatsu (Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu) is designing the characters.

Gege began serializing the supernatural action manga in March 2018 in Weekly Shounen Jump after publishing a four-chapter prototype in Jump GIGA from April to July 2017. Shueisha published the 12th volume on August 4.

North American publisher VIZ Media is releasing the manga simultaneously with Japan in English on its Shounen Jump digital platform. The publisher is also releasing the compiled manga volumes in print, with the fifth volume shipped on August 4, followed by the sixth volume to release on October 6.
