Game of 'Blue Reflection' Gets TV Anime


The Game publisher Koei Tecmo Games announced a television anime adaptation for it's Blue Reflection: Maboroshi ni Mau Shoujo no Ken (Blue Reflection: Sword of the Girl Who Dances in Illusions) role-playing game on Friday. DMM Pictures also opened an official website, revealing the main staff, cast, a teaser visual (pictured), and teaser promo. The anime series will air under the title Blue Reflection Ray in April 2021 on MBS, TBS, and BS-TBS's Animeism programming block.

Haruka Chisuga (Shirobako) and Manaka Iwami (Gamers!) are starring as Ruka Hanari and Hiori Hirahara, respectively.

EXiNA (Nishizawa Shiena) (Gakusen Toshi Asterisk) will perform the opening theme song.

Developed by Gust, Blue Reflection was released for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in Japan in March 2017. The game launched in Europe and North America in September that year for the PlayStation 4 and PC.

Synopsis :

A clear summer sky spreads over the Hoshinomiya Girls' High School. This story begins with the belated start of school life for Hinako Shirai, who has just recovered from a leg injury due to a tragic accident. The magical sisters Yuzu and Lime bestowed her with a special power to become a "Reflector." Hinako transforms into the magical Reflector form and protects the world from devastating forces for the sake of the world, and her own dream that she thought she had to give up on.
