Shinchou Yuusha: Kono Yuusha ga Ore Tueee Kuse ni Shinchou Sugiru

he official website of Shinchou Yuusha: Kono Yuusha ga Ore Tueee Kuse ni Shinchou Sugiru (This Hero is Invincible but "Too Cautious") anime series updated with a new key visual (pictured) and additional staff members on Wednesday. The television anime adapting Light Tuchihi's adventure fantasy light novel will premiere on October 2 at 10:30 p.m. on AT-X, followed by Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, Sun TV, TV Aichi, and BS11. AbemaTV will stream the anime exclusively in Japan.

J-pop rock musical unit MYTH & ROID is performing the opening theme "TIT FOR TAT." The ending song, "be perfect, plz!," will be performed by anisong artist Riko Azuna.

Masayuki Sakoi (Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online) is directing the anime at White Fox, with Kenta Ihara (Youjo Senki) handling the series composition. Mai Toda is designing the characters.

Tsuchihi began penning the series on the Kakuyomu website in June 2016. Kadokawa began releasing the novel with illustrations by Saori Toyota (Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu) in February 2017. The sixth volume is scheduled to ship on October 10.

Koyuki (Log Horizon: Nishikaze no Ryodan) began serializing a manga adaptation in Dragon Age last November. Kadokawa shipped the first volume on May 9. The second volume is planned for an October 9 release.
